WorkshopsCoping with Traumatic Grief
A workshop to describe the special issues that arise at the onset of a sudden, unexpected loss of a loved one. We will provide an overview of traumatic grief and describe how traumatic loss effects our lives. we will teach ways to find stability in the grieving process and touch upon the impact of traumatic loss for friends, family and community. Please join me and engage in a Conversation about Death over Dinner. This is not meant to be a morbid conversation, but instead a very human one where we consider what we want, both in life and during its closure.
Recently I stumbled upon the work of a couple of organizations who are committed to breaking the taboo regarding conversations about end of life. They've launched websites and projects called "Let's Have Dinner and Talk About Death”, and “The Conversation Project”. Warmly, Ginna Maus Events![]() Kid's Grief Camp
